Why are Videos Stuck on "Loading...?"

If your video is showing a white screen with “Loading…” in the top left corner, then your internet connection might be too slow to play our videos.
 

To check your internet speed, please:

  1. Go to speedtest.net

  2. Click “Begin Test”

  3. Wait for test to run (Note: It may take about a minute or two)

  4. Look at your “Download Speed”

  5. The minimum viable speed to stream our videos reliably is about 0.768 Mbps.

Then, reach out to your IT administrator to help you resolve your internet speed problem.
 

In the meantime, you can also download our mobile app that allows you to download videos, pdfs, ppts, and docs on a mobile device when you have a good connection — and view them when you do not.
