Reset password but didn't get reset email

It may take up to an hour for you to receive the password reset email. It's also possible that the password reset email is going to your email's spam filter or that you mistyped your email when you first signed up for LearnZillion. 

What you can do: 
  • Check your spam filter on your email account.
  • Reset your password again and double check your email address.
  • Resubmit reset password request using a different email address that you may have used during signup.
